When you create an account with us via Google OAuth, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Knowmler and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our use of information received from YouTube APIs will adhere to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

In no event shall Knowmler, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
